The Health (Family Planning) Act 1979
Clause 11
Nothing in this Act shall be construed as obliging any person to take part in the
provision of a family planning service, the giving of prescriptions or authorisations for
the purpose of this Act or the sale, importation into the State, manufacture, advertising
or display of contraceptives.
